Plan:
egg whites and nitrite free ham
turkey sandwich on sf local bread
chicken or fish and veg
Snacks: fruit salad
slice of toast

Have been trying to avoid bread but it helps settle my tummy sometimes and I find the sugar free ones in moderation are OK.
