I'm new to this forum but not new to losing and gaining weight!
I am starting over myself.
The best thing that worked for me was cutting out processed foods and only eating natural proteins and vegetables. So that means no sugary processed foods, white rice, flour, bread, etc. That doesn't work for everyone but I found it to be the most efficient at weight loss. Its like your body just naturally wants to get rid of the extra weight when I eat like that. You also have to watch your calories, but it is easier to do when you are not hungry all the time from eating empty calories.
It's easier said than do because of course, not everyone is willing to give up those foods. I can attest to that.
There is also what I like to call the weight watchers way, which is basically stay under your calories for your weight and body and exercise. Calories in vs calories out.
I guess it all boils down to that. Come here, track your food and keep asking for support along the way
