Breakfast:
eggs and bacon or ham
Lunch
chicken and veg wrap
Dinner
Asian food, not gonna lie unless I'm "good" and do seafood
Snacks:
Popcorn
100 calorie pack of nuts
fruit - clementines, apple
sf cookie
