HI, Welcome On the food page it says create a custom food there you can put in your vitamins and maybe supplements depending on what it is. The weight tab at the top of the page is where you find your BMI. Click on weight and scroll down you will see it. I hope this is helpful. You sound motivated so go for it you can do it.
