true but not too much on green tea, just a proper diet and regular exercise will do.

Green Tea is an option for your regular tea. Eat right and healthy food with 1 hr of daily exercise

Green tea tastes good, and I don't know how much you need to drink on daily bases to be able to spot weight loss.. For me personally, green tea only robs me of my sleep, I cant have more than one drink, and maybe once a week. I'm not sure if this is caused by the fact I cut off anything caffeinated as of April 1, 2013.

Eat protein at every meal.
Don't drink your calories.
No eating after dinner.
Eat three meals per day, not five or six small ones.
Try high-intensity interval training.
Don't forget strength training.

I've heard it has to be the green tea with matcha. I've been using the Green Tea Matcha Powder (unsweetened) in my smoothies for a couple of months now, and do believe it helps.
