Food plan for tomorrow:

Breakfast:
scrambled local eggs
Lunch: (going out so I'm not sure so I estimate this)
hamburger (or other protein) no bun
salad
Dinner:
sauteed turkey and veg
Snacks or small meals:
apple
fresh pineapple
1/2 organic bologna sandwich
nuts
