Riding the train sounds like fun, I've always wanted to do that.
Went for a bike ride yesterday (11/24) and did 16 miles.
Today I went for a 20 mile run
.Everything was all good but my calves started to cramp at around mile 17, so I had to stop,stretch and walk 2 miles, then I ran the last mile. It took me 4 hours and 45min. Burned a whopping 2600 calories.
