egg whites and no nitrite ham and mushrooms

hummus, guacamole and carrots and chips
3 stuffed mushrooms

homemade cranberry sauce
stuffing (small amount)
potatoes
sweet potatoes (small amount)
salad
veg
One piece of pecan pie
Can I really plan this?
