1. Don't go stupid with food (Is this Tori's wording? Gotta love it). Good
2. Get exercise. Yep
3. Get enough sleep. Yes, finally, and it was lovely!
4. Drink enough. Did great
5. Stay active on FitDay. Could be more so
6. Be thankful. Yes

I definitely enjoyed today. No logging, but I made good choices and kept a running total in my head and calories were right where I want them. I had a good 40-min. run in the neighborhood today and did the Thanksgiving shopping with my mom . Oh, I have to post the infamous pantry list. Will do tomorrow; I'm too tired now! Hope you all had a great day!

And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good.
