Great day back on the wagon, except that I kind of piled all of my calories into my evening meal... ugh. Tomorrow I will do better!

1. Log everything... even on Thanksgiving!
2. Calories under 1100 (...except for Thanksgiving)
3. Take all vitamins and supplements.
4. Make the best food choices with the options that I'm given. Fill up on whole, healthy foods; no excuses.
