Well today is my first day with watching my food intake and working out and I know I need other people to talk with to give me that extra motivation. I'm currently 5'2 and 230 ilbs I'd like to get down to 175ish but for now I'll take 200 as my first goal. 30 ilbs, is what I keep telling myself, but it was so easy to pack on, I wish it was as easy to take off. I'm so depressed about my weight and then I eat, and then I gain weight, it's an awful cycle. But I've decided I need to take back my life and work to make my body something I can be proud of for myself. I hope to talk to a lot of your and make some great new friends here.
