Pumpkin seeds are ahh-mazing!! They are packed full of iron and protein... a vegan's dream.

I take little baggies of cashews and pumpkin seeds with me everywhere. They are the perfect munchable snack, and they don't make that much noise because both cashews and pumpkin seeds are soft and chewable.
