Goals for the week
1. Keep carbs and protein in check yes
2. Eat 4 servings fruits and veggies no
3. Drink the water!!no
4. Exercise 5x for 30 mins (does cleaning count?)

Personal Goals
1. Clean hall closet (can't find anything) BIG YES
2. Finish bagging leaves
3. Stay positive no
