I am jumping on to put out some goals. Work has kicked my butt this week and all sorts of home stuff is going on too...but at least we're on the mend physically.
I've just finished engaging in some primal scream therapy in my family room over the numerous frustrations of the day, so no need to vent here, but I hope to catch up with the posts later tonight.
Goals from now till Thanksgiving:
1. Calories 1200 or fewer.
2. Do some sort of exercise every day.
3. Eat clean.
4. Get enough fluids.
5. Get enough sleep.
6. Log and post.
I am planning to be a "weekend warrior." I just did my to-do list and it has 43 things on it

. But exercise is on there! And so is FitDay! Going to get started and I will check in with you all later.
