I joined three sites yesterday but chose to stick with this one today. It was the easiest to use after trying all three. I used the site today to track my calories and ate what I should be eating. Wow. I had been eating way more than that. I feel good about today and I was only hungry once
I made healthy choices a few years ago and lost 30 pounds slowly. I have gained it all back by emotional eating. Now I am motivated because my daughter is getting married next spring and I want her to be proud of me and get a nice dress.
