I don't have the extra space to keep things that don't fit. I get rid of them as I shrink, but did keep something from my largest size. I decided to make it the outfit that I liked the LEAST...even more motivation for never going back!

(If you are a lady I would suggest saving 2-3 outfits that are one size up for those potential "bloated" days though! )

Weight on 6/20/12 = 245.2 / BMI @ 38.4
Current Weight = 191.8 / BMI @ 30.4
Pounds Lost = 53.4 / BMI - 8.00

5/31/13 Goal = 190 / BMI @ 29.76
Pounds to go = 1.8

Inches lost= 29.25

Goal Weight = 150 / BMI @ 23.49
Pounds to go = 41.8


What I've learned along the way:

Just because no one sees it, doesn't mean it doesn't count

If at first you don't succeed... try, try again
