Ron - Ohhh the flu sucks! I just got my flu shot Tuesday and hope it does me some good this year. Glad it was short lived for you though... New dining room chairs, sweet! What a nice hubby you are!

I did get to the gym this week - one day outta 7 ain't bad??? Yes it is...
I plan to get out and walk in the evenings at least, and I have a few hand-weights at home that need to get dusted off and put to work. Yesterday I blew it food wise - I ate every single meal out! But I did make coffee at home before leaving for work, does that count for something home-made?
Went on a trip to the pumpkin patch with DS and his pre-school class today. We had a blast! Too bad it was 90 degrees outside. I thought fall was supposed to be cool?
