Welcome elenpotter! Best of luck reaching your goals! Looks like you have figured out our format on your own.

As mentioned, my schedule is all screwy with lots of stuff going on, but I am going to do my best to weigh in every Tuesday.

Along with everything else, my eating routine has been thrown off just a bit, and I have crept over 160 again. But I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing, as I would like to maybe have a few more pounds on me for my Hockey season coming up....I'm getting pushed around a little too easy. My long term goal is to stay under 170, and I don't think I am going to change that anytime soon.
