Wish my week had gotten off to a better start...but tomorrow is another day:
1. Calories fewer than 1200. 1241
2. Exercise 7 hours, at least.
3. Log everything; post daily. Yes
4. Sleep 7 hours. 6
5. Drink water. Yes
6. Take vitamins and supplements. Forgot calcium
7. Eat clean. Yes
8. Just do it (this weekend).
