This is a great challenge...count me in! Today was actually day #1 of getting back on track with a work out schedule. I did 22 mins on the treadmill this morning. I did intervals set at speed 3 then jogged at 4.6. My goal was actually to do 30 mins, but I had a slow start getting out of bed. I plan on sticking to a morning workout that way I start my day off on the right. Tomorrow will be day #2!
