Are you using the Classic or 2.0 version of Fitday? Can you describe the steps you are taking? I use Classic but I assume it is very similar I Browse the Activity (from the menu from the Left) for the correct Section (running, conditioning, dtc...), open the Section and choose the Activity and click the 'Add to my Activities' button. You must update the time for the Activity in the box and then press 'Save' below the box.
