GOALS:
Calories < 1700:1606, 1655
Workout 3 Times:YES, NOProtein 30% of calories:37%, 26%
Too many French Fries (homemade) and salty snakes. Kept calories in line but missed my Protein goal.
My macro nutrients today were:
Protein 26%
Fat 44%
Carbs 30%
