I've been on Fit Day for a few weeks now, and am down 7 pounds. Only 46 lbs to go! (ha) I am keeping my caloric intake to about 2000 a day and working out an hour every afternoon. So far, so good. My big weakness is this awesome cupcake shop I pass everyday on my way home from work. Seriously, they have the best cupcakes in the world. To die for. But since Im not willing to die for them, I am being strong and staying out of the shop. They emailed me and asked if something was wrong, since I hadnt been in for 2 weeks.
They offered me a free cupcake I went back, my choice of flavors! But I am resisting the temptor. Is there a 12 step program for cupcake addictions?
