THIS WEEKS GOALS:
Calories < 1700: 1640, 1698,1638, 1588,1958,1856 Average 1729 for 6 days. I can live with that.
Workout 3 Days: NO, YES,NO, YES,YES ** HIT GOAL!!, NO

Went out to eat Saturday night and that made me run a little over my calorie goal. I'm okay with that as we hardly ever go out and I was still at a defict for the day. Since I lost almost 3 pounds this week I'm not going to stress about being 29 calories over for my average.
