How does one join your group?. I am so in need of motivation. Like others I joined Fitday a long time ago and have not utilized this tool the way I should.
I am almost 65, female, need to loose 50 pounds. That's just to get where I am comfortable. To get where the weight charts say I should be I need to lose about 30 more than that.
Seems like everyone posts goals so I'll give it a whirl and make a couple of goals.
1. Get back to coming on line daily.
2. Drink more water
3. WATCH THE CARBS
That's it for the week.
Hope I can find this forum again when I look tomorrow.
