3) walk 3 miles, weather permitting (weather permitting means if there's weather... good, bad, hot, cold, wet, dry, windy or calm, you are permitted!!!)--
1.5 down, 2...for a total of 3.5 WHEW! I don't think I would have lived it down if I couldn't do 3 in two days.
Okay, so I've managed to make it through 2 days worth of goals. I didn't kill them, but I did them (except the water). I REALLY MUST get back in the habit of walking. I'm super out of shape. It would also be easier on my lungs if I kick that nasty habit of mine again....it's a work in progress.
