New here doing BFFM
Brand new here and figured I'd introduce myself. 41y/o male 200 lbs (down from 263 :-)) My goal is to get to 175 and see If I have any abs at that point...
I've been doing BFFM, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle with lots of success. I've also added in some from Fit for Life- particularly his workout split. And I'm an avid cyclist with a current goal of 500 miles a month.
I find forums like these motivating so that's what I'd like to get here- motivation to keep going and would love to offer same :-)
