I really wish I would have started taking body measurements right off the bat, but I didn't think about it. Now that I am near my goal, I am trying to tone things up and build more muscle instead of just watching the scale. So my questions is, for those of you that log your body measurements, how often do you measure yourself??
I measured last week and then today and there was no difference (one week time span). Am I being overeager? Should I wait longer in between measuring? I weigh myself on the scale every morning so I am an instant gratification type person. I want to see the numbers move as soon as possible
