Ha! I just read Mark Sisson's "Mark's Daily Apple". His webiste is fantastic. I would like to learn more about Primal and maybe give it a try.
So far, I just eat three meals per day with a couple little snacks like an apple or greek yogurt. I don't eat carbs with supper, just a protein and veggies. I'm also interested to learn more about the leptin reset approach since I've had hormonal difficulties all my life. Hormones are incredibly powerful factors. I've lost 30 pounds since May just eating a well balanced diet and keeping my caloric intake at around 1350.
