I feel great after 6 weeks of my 5x5 routine and losing 21 lbs. since June. I am starting to notice a difference and it's great motivation to keep going.
Nice job! Isn't it great to be able to see the results of all that hard work. Keep it up - 21 lbs since June is quite and accomplishment.
