Quick check-in, then off to bed. I have 10 grills (for windows) to paint in the morning... ugh.
1. LOG EVERYTHING, no matter how small.
2. Calories under 1100.
3. NO breads, cheese or deep-fried ANYTHING!!!
4. Take ALL vitamins and supplements; even the big, nasty ones.
5. 3-4 fruits and veggies a day.
6. Be grateful, humble and patient with everyone... no matter how hard. lol
Well, I'm afraid my halo of "grateful, humble and patient" was probably tarnished when my beloved Packers took a nosedive on Sunday. LOL (...and Mike's Saints )
If I could only learn to be patient with the NFL, but that will never happen!
