Smile Low Cal Ranch Dressing

I am a huge Pinterest junkie but I found the best low cal recipe for Ranch Dressing the other day!

1 cup Dannon Oikos Greek Yougurt Plain
1/2 cupt 1% Milk
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch (Salad Dressing and Seasoning...not the Dip packets)

Less than 250 calories for the whole mix!!

What's your low cal secret recipe?

That does sound good!

The old fashioned dressing used butter milk which is pretty low cal - but you can only buy it quarts and the recipe only needs a cup. I hate wasting some much. Your version w/greek yogurt sounds like just the solution!

I was shopping yesterday and found a no calorie, sugar free, fat free, carb free, gluten free, cholesterol free salad dressing. I bought it and expected the worst. Was I pleasantly surprised. It actually taste good. So I wanted to share it with everyone. Look for Walden Farms Bacon Ranch dressing. I found it next to the Paul Newman salad dressing. There are several different flavors to try. Woo Hoo I am so excited!

The Walden Farms stuff is pretty good!
I like the idea of using Greek yogurt - mainly because I already love Greek yogurt. Will try the recipe!

Buttermilk is a wonderful dessert mixed with crushed pineapple in its own juice and freeze till slushy, if you need it sweeter add a stevia packet. Then you would have something to do with the leftover buttermilk.

I've mixed salad dressing with 0% fat greek yogurt. Sometimes, it's quite tasty! You have to play around with the combinations.
