thank it's just more i've been in the 190s for quite some time. but i'm working at it to try and get out of this hump into the 180s. started to go for short walks and such. and soon to the gym!
i have a trip soon so i'l going to try my hardest to stay on track, we got a room with a kitchen so it'd be easier to have food ready instead of going out alot.
