I'm more familiar with Classic than with 2.0, but if you go to Classic (look up in the top bar in the upper right and you should see something you can click that says Classic), you can go to the Reports tab and get a weekly, biweekly, monthly summary of calories eaten (pie chart), nutrition, etc.

And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good.
