Hmm i think thats grossly ignorant to say its more complex (after ruling out any disease causes). It just involves meeting the needed calories based on work out.

Also 90% of men want to gain muscle and are not seriously under weight thus a dr. supervision is not needed...

But never mind ill go find another site.

Thanks.

If you are trying to build muscle check out Bodybuilding.com. You can set a weight gain goal there if you set up a Bodyspace profile. But I still like Fitday to track my foods. I actually found out about Fitday.com from the forums on Bodybuilding.com.

HI, I thought I'd just ask here since the thread has already been started.
I'm trying to a set a weight goal as well, but it is lower than my current weight (and still not working).
It seems the box where you type in lbs, stays highlighted in red - and nothing happens when I hit save. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! They're working on it; would it be possible for you to post a screen shot when it happens?

Thanks for the speedy response.
I determined the problem seemed to be that it didn't want me to type in anything like lbs or kg with the number.
I had figured since the word lbs was already there, it was meant to be there.
Silly newbie.

I'm also a newbie and having the same problem as MKelly. I tried to do as pp said and took out where it had lbs but the website immediately put the lbs back and the block is highlighted red and doesn't save. Not sure what the problem is, but the rest of the site is working well so I'm going to have to go without a weight goal!

You shouldn't have to go without, Janet.

What version and what browser are you using?

And can you post a screen shot?

Thanks!
