Are you using FitDay 2.0 or Classic? If you recently signed up, it should be 2.0 unless you changed it, I think.
Classic does not have a dashboard, but in FitDay 2.0, it is on the home page. Click on the Home tab at the top and look down to the left; you should see a tab marked Dashboard.
