Deadlifts: 2/6 105#, 1/6 115#
Machine Leg Extension: 3/6 140#
Machine Leg Curl: 3/6 100#
Machine Seated Press: 2/6, 1/10 162.5#
Elliptical: 5 min, level 6 before weights, 35 min level 6 after weights.
Actually did Level 6 easily which I have never done before on leg day. Good speed, 3.4 miles.
