Exercise 3 days. M-Y.
Keep carbs @ or under 33%. 33%
Sleep 7 hours a night. Yes.

It was a good Monday, I had an awesome day at work, got a lot of studying done, played with Norah, worked out, ate good stuff. Good, good Monday.
