Sure you can!!! You've got almost 14 weeks (actually 95 days) to lose 18 pounds.
That is 1.32 pounds per week. You will need to achieve a calorie deficit of about 663 calories per day or 4641 per week. 663 is very doable if you are determined. Good luck!!
