I'm brand new to this tired of gaining and gaining and getting slower and slower. I have about 60 lbs to lose and you guys are all really encouraging...I think you're doing a great job! I'll try to live up to your example
My mini goal is to lose 10 lbs by the end of September, and get my waist size below 35 (it's 39 right now) by end of October
