Thanks! I had looked everywhere but there. Turns out it is default on Miflin. Well I don't know what else to do because a number of people told me my TDEE had to be wrong was why I am not losing weight. I've been staying at 800 calorie deficit, some nights more and just going up and down by 3 lbs in weight and I have been exercising 4-5 hours per day. I've now changed to seated lifestyle even though that doesn't make sense to me since as I said I exercise several hours each day. I will see what eating at much lower calorie does though.
