Default working on a goal

Hi! I'm new. don't know much about this website, but I'm here just the same.lol.
I'm a health nut, so to speak. In great health, but getting love handles! Any way, I'm trying to cut my eating habits in half and work in 45minutes at least of walking everyday. With the out side tempatures, it's not easy hitting the weights but I know Ive got to get back to that too.lol. I know I'm not going to give up all the foods/sweats that I like so I'm going to cut them all in half. I've cut my bread intake from 2-4 slices down to 1-2 slices at most. With that said, I ges I just wanted to say, wish me luck!!
