Hi, I am rather new here - love the website and forums and my tools, calculations and graphs. For a month nothing was happening - the scale started to move down recently so my journey starts now as the first attempts were just learning experience!!!
I started with 215lbs now i am down to 207 - i will be here for a year as i have 311 days to release all the unhealthy balance.
