You can pick up chicken breasts pretty cheap. Tuna is cheap also.
Bananas, apples, etc. are not that expensive either.
You can do body weight exercises.
Push-ups, body weight squats, crunches, dips, etc.
Google "body weight exercises" and make a routine up.
