Getting enough magnesium
HI everyone, I am fairly new to tracking my nutrition in fitday, but from what I have done so far I can see that I am almost always very low (below 50% RDA) on Magnesium daily.
But as I cant tolerate magnesium supplements (tried MANY types - they give me loose stools as they do with lots of people) and I don't get on very well with nuts and seeds either how can I possibly get my daily levels up? I see things like chard are fairly high but it seems like I would need to eat a massive amount of greens to get enough magnesium
REALLY appreciate any advice or help.
