Default Should I remove table salt from the family table?

High guys,

I cam across this article and it got me me thinking hmm...

Salt is one of the most-used ingredients in food processing, but health concerns have damaged its reputation. Should I remove table salt from the family table?

I already have. There is enough salt in food already and I am trying really hard to keep my sodium levels within reasonable levels. It doesn't take long for your tastebuds to get used to using less salt, and without it you actually get to taste the food. I tell my family that adding salt to the food is an insult to my cooking ability. It is like saying I don't know how to properly season a dish.

I have removed table salt as well. I don't add salt to anything because there is loads of salt in what we eat in all the processed food. I don't miss salt and find I'm very taste sensative to it now. I enjoy tasting the food and with the use of other seasonings to enhance flavor I feel I'm making a much healthier choice. I vote for ditching the table salt.
