I like this idea, its a really good way to help with the psychological aspect of weight loss.

Day 1

Waist - 47inches
Hips - 58 inches
Chest- 50 inches
22nd June 2012 - 322lbs
2nd August 2012 - 308lbs.
14th August 2012 -295lbs
Goal 150lbs.
