It was really cool to watch the relay race (I assume that is the one you were yelling at). He made history again and still had (has?) 3 races to go . Should be interesting to see what the final count ends up at...but he does say that this is his last go of it.

5/31/13 Goal = 190 / BMI @ 29.76
Pounds to go = 1.8

Inches lost= 32.50

Goal Weight = 150 / BMI @ 23.49
Pounds to go = 41.8


What I've learned along the way:

Just because no one sees it, doesn't mean it doesn't count
