I'm down 13 pounds since 6/20...AND I've lost 7 inches since 7/13
. I just found out that my uncle died today though, so hopefully none of it comes back. He had been in ICU since 7/1, but all the Dr.s and nurses said that he had improved drastically in the past week or so, so it was still a shock to my system! Unlucky for me, I'm an emotional eater, and the next few weeks will definitely fit in that category
