Default Low Calorie Desserts--Please Share Your Recipes and Ideas

Please share low calorie dessert recipes and ideas here. Thanks!

Off the top of my head I can think of a few low calorie ready-made ideas.

--Melon such as cantaloupe/muskmelon, honeydew melon, or strawberries
--Strawberries with sugar free strawberry glaze (sold in stores in the produce section for making strawberry pies) and some sugar free or fat free Cool Whip
--Sugar free Jello/gelatin with sugar free or fat free Cool Whip
--low fat yogurt comes in so many yummy flavors
--sugar free angel food cake is available in some grocery stores

But any recipes you can add would be quite welcome.

Pour into prepared pan; smooth top with spatula.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Remove side of pan just before serving.

Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
